Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has released the new fee structure for the benefit of students and workers.
International students, visitors and those with a new work permit in Canada have to shell out more in fees to get their status restored. The Canadian government has increased the fee to restore status as a visitor, a new work permit or student, or a new study permit, from December 1, 2023.
These fees have been adjusted to account for the yearly rate of inflation since April 2018. They will continue to be adjusted annually for inflation every December 1. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada released the new fee structure for the benefit of students and workers.
